These conditions govern all purchases on ironframegear.shop, managed by IronFrame Equipment Ltd.. Checking out signifies full agreement. Review these together with our Delivery, Returns, and Privacy documentation.

2. The goods
Commercial and residential gym equipment, including structural power racks, weight benches, free-weight accessories, steel bars, plates, and related mechanical fitness components. Each product page specifies package inclusions, piece counts, and steel gauge specifications. Images show representative workshop gear; protective shipping packing can vary.
3. Ordering and contract
Submitting checkout registers your order request. Confirmation arrives by email; the sales contract forms once items ship out. We reserve rights to void transactions for depleted stock or unverified buyer details, issuing an immediate refund for any charged funds.
4. Prices and payment
Listed figures appear in GBP and reflect VAT where mandatory. Freight charges appear during checkout prior to payment commit. Settlement options: Cash on delivery. Obvious inventory pricing errors may be amended prior to freight departure, giving you the choice to reconfirm or cancel.
5. Delivery
Dispatch methods, lead times, and freight rates appear on the Delivery & Payment document. Product liability transfers directly to you upon cargo handover.
6. Product images and colours
Product images represent genuine workshop fabrications. Finish color varies by screen settings, display software, and warehouse lighting; minor coating hue deviations do not constitute flaws, damage claims, or grounds for complimentary return freight. Full specs, steel dimensions, and package contents are detailed per listing.
7. Transfer of risk
Consignments stay under our responsibility until delivery handover to you or an authorized receiver at the stated location. Risk of freight loss or damage transfers immediately upon signature. Flag visible shipping damage directly to the freight driver and alert our team within 48 hours.
8. Returns and warranty
Exercise your return rights within 30 days of freight arrival per stated Returns terms. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all gym hardware comes with a 24-month statutory warranty against manufacturing defects in steel welds, structural framing, and moving mechanical linkages under normal recommended usage.
- Custom-fabricated structural equipment, personalized rack dimensions, or bespoke frame color powder-coating.
- Perishable consumables and maintenance supplies, including opened liquid chalk, equipment lubricants, and rubber conditioning fluids.
- Personal hygiene-sensitive athletic accessories, including opened wrist wraps, lifting belts, resistance bands, and foam padding removed from sealed packaging.
- Gym apparatus or components that have been fully assembled, floor-bolted, or structurally installed such that original safety tolerances cannot be verified.
- Unsealed digital instructional fitness programs, assembly documentation delivered on physical media, or downloaded workout manuals.
9. Liability
The total contractual and legal liability of IronFrame Equipment Ltd. arising out of any order shall not exceed £100.00 or the total monetary value paid for the respective order, whichever is greater. Nothing in these conditions waives statutory responsibilities that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
10. Age and use
Buyers must be at least 18 years of age to order. Operate gym gear strictly per specification placards; hardware use does not replace professional medical guidance.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. Unresolved disputes go directly to the competent court at the seller's registered seat, while fully preserving consumer statutory rights in your home country.
