IronFrame Gear started when we tried to outfit a training space and found only two choices: overpriced commercial distributor gear or thin sheet-metal racks that rattled under empty bars. We knew steel fabrication costs and could see that buyers were paying excessive margins for weak equipment.
We set out to build gym hardware from real 11-gauge steel with clean welds and thick powder coatings. We inspect bolt alignment, sleeve rotation, and crate protection in our central workshop before any pallet leaves the door.
We keep our business direct. We do not sell through middleman retail stores, and we take payment by direct bank transfer or cash on delivery so you can pay securely on your own terms.
Heavy Steel
We use 3mm wall steel instead of lighter domestic gauges. Your frames stay rigid under regular heavy lifting.
Direct Distribution
We sell directly from our warehouse to your garage or studio. There are no retail store markups added to your price.
Straightforward Service
We answer your questions directly from the warehouse floor. If an item does not suit your space, returns are straightforward within 30 days.
Our Workshop Standards
We inspect every weld seam, hole spacing, and fastener kit manually before strapping crates to timber skids. If a frame has surface scratches or misaligned holes, it gets set aside.
We manufacture heavy steel gym gear without distributor markups or hollow tubes. Every rack and bar meets honest workshop tolerances before it leaves our floor.
