3. Order processing
Orders placed before 15:00 on a business day ship that afternoon. Orders after the cut-off, on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day. You receive a confirmation email with your order number right after purchase.
Fitness machinery, steel frames, and free weights are packaged using double-wall reinforced corrugated cartons, high-density edge foam protectors, and industrial strapping. Palletised goods are shrink-wrapped and securely anchored to timber pallets to prevent transit abrasion and shifting.
4. Tracking your parcel
Upon dispatch, an automated notification containing your consignment number is transmitted via email and SMS, allowing real-time tracking through the designated carrier portal.
5. Lost or delayed parcel
If tracking shows zero movement for 5 business days, email [email protected] with your order number. We start a tracer with the carrier and either reship your gear or issue a full refund, your choice, within 10 business days of the claim.
6. Damaged on arrival
Inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival before signing the courier receipt. If exterior structural damage or carton crushing is apparent, note the damage on the delivery note, take clear digital photographs of the packaging and items, and email our support desk within 48 hours for immediate collection and replacement processing.
7. Payment methods
Accepted methods: Cash on delivery. We never ask for card details or banking passwords over phone or email.
8. Delivery outside United Kingdom
Shipping is limited to selected routes. Checkout displays exact freight fees and transit windows before you pay. Destination customs charges and import duties fall to the buyer.
